Massimo Giovannini began his Maritime career in the early 90’s starting as a Ship Broker followed by working as an Operations Assistant with a Ship Operator in New York. MaryBeth Duncan has more than 15 years’ experience in the Shipping industry developing expertise in the areas of operations, documentation, banking, sale and purchase, and in the primary focus of ship finance and accounting.
MaryBeth is a Certified Public Accountant well versed in meeting US and International reporting requirements, as well as the customized needs of institutional investors in the Shipping industry. Dr. Kostas Rokkos is a Maritime Professional and Managing Director of TST International Shipping Company in Athens, Greece which has been an integral part of the TST Group since 2001. He has a PhD in Maritime Risk Management from Middlesex University in London and his research focuses on the areas of safety and security risk management. He also has a Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering and a MSc. in Maritime Engineering from Middlesex University, London. Dr. Rokkos is the Governor of International Propeller Club Port of Piraeus, Greece, and a member of the Society for Risk Analysis SRA, Technical Chamber of Commerce, Society of Manufacturing Engineers of USA, FEANI, SNAME, and ISES.
Dimitris Sismanidis, Director

Mr. Sismanidis has over 25 years of experience in the Maritime industry and comes from a family dealing with the marine industry for more than 50 years. For many years, he was President and Managing Director in a Greek multinational pharmaceutical company. He is a member of EuCheMS, RINA (Royal Institution of Naval Architects) and the Lloyds Register Hellenic Technical Committee. He is the Designated Person Ashore (DPA for ISM) and Managing Representative (MR for ISO 9002 and ISO 14000) of TST SA since its inception and has extensive shipping and operation experience in the management of dry bulk, bitumen carriers and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carriers. Mr. Sismanidis has studied Chemistry in Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki Greece.

Milind Trilokekar is a Licensed Master Mariner (unlimited tonnage) with a MS in Transportation Management from SUNY Maritime College in Fort Schuyler, NY, a MBA from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and has recently completed an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. He has over 35 years of ‘hands-on’ experience in a variety of aspects in the Maritime field. Milind is the President of Triworld Shipping Services, Inc. in Armonk, NY and is currently responsible for the Group’s activities in USA for commercial, operational, and investor relations for the drybulk fleet under the TST umbrella.
